About The Position

The Intake Coordinator is an independently licensed mental health professional who provides initial (both psychosocial and diagnostic) assessment, case management, short-term interventions, triage, and referral services to all potential client calls to the PMS Behavioral Health program.

Requirements

• Minimum of Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Three years of experience in the mental health treatment field.
• Minimum of one year of assessment/intake/triage experience for a full caseload of clients or for an agency.
• New Mexico State licensure as a Master's level mental health counselor or social worker is required.
• Must be independently licensed in New Mexico as an LPCC, LISW, LCSW, LMFT, and/or LPAT.

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities
