About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, specific to a sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue through phone-based communication.
• Conduct client interviews to complete Welcome calls, PFS, and intake forms.
• Apply sales techniques to successfully finalize contract agreements.
• Proficiently input data into the system in a timely manner.
• Ensure timely follow-up on all Pending Intakes.
• Deliver outstanding service that reflects favorably on law firm customers.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly metrics set by law firm clients and supervisors.
• Contribute to a culture of hard work, collaboration, and positive outcomes.
