About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Intake Concierge Attorney with an active California Bar license to join our San Diego office. This is a full-time, in-person role. Fluency in Spanish and a general knowledge of family law is preferred but not required. This role includes a competitive base salary plus a lucrative performance-based bonus structure tied to new client acquisition. High performers can earn bonuses of up to 50% of base salary. Bonuses are earned frequently, calculated bi-weekly, and paid through payroll. While not guaranteed, bonuses are highly achievable for driven candidates. Responsibilities

  • Conduct phone and in-person consultations on demand, build rapport, and convert qualified leads into clients.
  • Identify issues, assess case fit, match clients with the appropriate litigator, and clearly explain retainers and next steps. Deliver exceptional service, ensuring that even non-retained clients leave with a sense of value and clarity.
  • Strategically pair clients with litigators best suited to their needs based on case complexity and budget.
  • Oversee onboarding, including setting up new clients in our software systems, ensuring smooth transition to the litigation team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by managers or partners.
