About The Position
The Intake Case Coordinator for the Tippecanoe County CASA Program is responsible for the intake and direct supervision of all unassigned cases and management of cases until they are assigned to a CASA volunteer and/or Volunteer Coordinator. The role involves processing new cases, organizing initial intake assessments, attending court hearings, assisting volunteers, maintaining case files, and communicating with various service providers to ensure children's needs are met. The incumbent will also enter case data into relevant databases and may testify in legal proceedings as required.
