Intake Associate

The Intake Associate (IA) plays a crucial role in the Intake department at Beth Israel Lahey Health, providing support by coordinating referrals from various sources, including physicians and hospitals. This position involves administrative, clerical, and clinical functions, ensuring effective communication and documentation throughout the intake process. The IA is responsible for triaging calls, managing patient information, and assisting clinical staff, all while delivering superior customer service to clients and patients.
