About The Position
St. Joseph Homecare and Hospice has an opening for a Full-Time Intake Associate position. Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Intake Associate is responsible for communicating with referral sources both internally and externally, collecting necessary clinical and administrative information and entering it into the agency's electronic medical record for the opening clinician. The Intake Associate would also be responsible for the verification of insurance benefits and requesting and obtaining insurance authorizations as necessary.
