Intake Assessment Representative - Outpatient Behavioral Health
About The Position
Coordinates the screening and evaluation of patients as to appropriateness for assessment screenings and/or psychiatric diagnostic interviews to the Providence Behavioral Medicine Group. Provides information to other appropriate sources of treatment if unable to assist. Ensures the provision of accessible, high quality, cost effective behavioral health services which meet the needs of those we serve. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or related Behavioral Health discipline.
- Assessment and/or crisis intervention experience.
