Intake / Admissions Registered Nurse (RN)
About The Position
Turning Point Care Center has an opening for a full-time RN in the Intake/Admissions department. The RN promotes a therapeutic milieu and provides quality patient care. Collaborates with Clinical Services and other departments to accomplish the treatment goals of Turning Point. Our Intake/Admissions RNs work with potential patients, referral sources, and medical providers over the phone and with new patients in person. For more than 39 years, Turning Point Care Center has provided a place of healing and hope to adults who suffer from behavioral health disorders and/or substance abuse. Requirements
- Licensed by the State of Georgia (good standing) as a Registered Nurse/RN
- BLS/CPR Certified
Nice To Haves
- Experience in substance abuse / mental health treatment, preferred.
- Understanding of commercial and Medicare insurances
- Knowledge of patient level of care requirements
