About The Position

The Intake Administrator / Customer Service Representative at Stars Therapy Services plays a crucial role in the Early Intervention program by serving as the initial point of contact for families seeking services. The role involves strong communication and collaboration skills to support the healthy development of children from birth to three years of age.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Child Development or related field preferred.
  • Three (3) years of experience in a field related to area of specialty preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check.
  • Ability to submit verification of authorization to work in the U.S.A. upon hire.

Responsibilities

  • Contact families to complete an intake assessment.
  • Complete reporting and data entry accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Serve as an advocate and resource person for parents and caregivers to secure services and access information.
  • Communicate developmental programming information in a professional and ethical manner as needed.
  • Support process improvement efforts within the Intake Department.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and all company policies.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with team members, field staff, and consumers.
  • Complete administrative duties as required.
  • Ensure accurate timekeeping and schedules of the clinical team.
  • Display a high level of discretion dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Assist other areas of the Intake Department and perform additional job duties as assigned based on operational needs.
