About The Position
The Intact Case Worker at Lydia Home is responsible for assisting families to function and care for children, free from abuse or neglect, while keeping the family intact and preventing children from entering the foster care system. This role requires hard work, creativity, and persistence to link family members with necessary services and provide encouragement and accountability along the way.
