About The Position

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Customer Service & Corporate Communication: Manage ongoing consumer complaints /counterfeit investigations. Implement external communication i.e. label and content updates, policy changes, etc. Strategic Planning & Execution : Support the execution of go-to-market strategies, defining product positioning by channel, and aligning with overall business objectives. Project Management : Support regional sales managers with the end-to-end process of new product launches/label customizations, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Marketing Support & Analysis : Liaison between NOW marketing teams and accounts in need of brand support materials. Conduct market research, analyzing competitive landscapes, and identifying opportunities for growth. Digital Asset Management: Work collaboratively with the International Team and other departments on digital asset schedule, priority items, and completion date. Stays updated on product, procedural and regulatory knowledge. Continuous training/learning on tools like Amazon Ads (other eCommerce platforms), Google Ads, Photoshop/ Canva, Syndigo, Lythos, Red Points, etc. Drives compliance of NOW corporate brand standards. Complies with safety and GMP requirements. SAFETY RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENT Supports a culture of safe production and operations; follows all safety rules and procedures. Actively participates in the safety program by: engaging in training activities to learn what constitutes a safety hazard; reporting safety concerns to the supervisor, submitting safety suggestions, and correcting or reporting to the appropriate people when an employee sees a workplace health or safety hazard, until it is resolved. Assists with communicating safety information to new employees. Fulfills responsibilities as outlined in the company safety management plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and two years related sales, marketing/eCommerce experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, including computer experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge is required.
  • Ability to perform basic math functions of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
  • Good problem solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Fluency in foreign languages is preferred.
  • Experience in using Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Adobe Suite specifically, Photoshop, Illustrator, plus alternative design tools like Canva is desirable but not necessary.
  • Knowledge of other software like Salsify/Syndigo or Digital Asset Management tools (i.e. Lythos) will also be an advantage.
  • Candidates should be extremely organized, able to prioritize & multi-task in an ever-changing environment.
