The Insurance Verification Representative is responsible for verifying and reviewing insurance claims to ensure that billing requirements are met for the Division of Occupational & Physical Therapy. This role involves preparing and forwarding patient claims to the appropriate third-party payers, following up on billing, determining and applying appropriate adjustments, answering inquiries, and updating accounts as necessary.
