The Role Directly involved in client engagements, Provide property valuation analyses, Conduct physical inspections of properties for valuation purposes, Multi-task effectively on multiple engagements, Prepare reports and other communications that are client ready, Communicate and resolve questions or inquiries from clients, Perform administrative tasks including client communications, managing project files, arranging travel, expense reports, etc. Utilize in-house and third-party software, including Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Work within a team concept philosophy, where the ability to work closely with Managers and Staff on projects is essential, Assist in the development and execution of our strategy to grow the FAVS practice throughout the world, Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, particularly in Accounting, Economics, or Finance is preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong oral communication skills.
• Technical skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint with ability to learn applicable valuation software.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• A strong sense of teamwork and responsibility to team members.
• Conduct client research using the internet and other applicable sources.
• Function responsibly within a corporate environment.
• Professional integrity regarding self-motivation and accepting responsibility for growth and development, as well as meeting deadlines and honoring commitments.
• Travel overnight required (anticipate approximately 65% of time for mostly domestic travel, but with the ability to travel internationally).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a valuation role, is preferred, not required.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred, not required.
