Insurance Transfer Representative
About The Position
Life Protect 24/7 serves as a lifeline for our customers. Currently we’re expanding our Clearwater team and seeking motivated Insurance Transfer Representatives to generate qualified leads for Licensed Insurance Agents. No license or prior insurance experience required - we provide training. How do you do that? As an Insurance Transfer Representative, you are the first point of contact. You will answer inbound calls, verify Medicare Parts A & B eligibility using a script, deliver brief scripted information, and transfer qualified callers to a Licensed Insurance Agent. You are not responsible for closing sales or collecting payment. We do have more advanced sales roles you may pursue later in your career, providing potential for additional opportunities following good performance.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Clear verbal communication skills
- Ability to read a script naturally and build quick rapport
- Ability to multitask(example: typing and navigating multiple screens while on calls)
- Prioritize and manage time
- Reliable transportation to work on-site in Clearwater, FL
- Fluent in English
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Previous experience as a Fronter, Opener, or Lead Qualifier
- Motivation, and desire to achieve.
Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound callers for Medicare Advantage discussions
- Follow a verbatim script while building rapport and addressing objections
- Transfer qualified callers to Licensed Insurance Agents
- Maintain required call volume and conversion standards
- Represent the company with professionalism and energy
