Texell, named one of the BEST credit unions to work for in the nation by the Credit Union Journal, is seeking an Insurance Support Specialist to work onsite at our Temple, TX headquarters. This role will require the chosen candidate to complete and pass an insurance licensure exam which is paid for by Texell. As an Insurance Support Specialist, you will: Complete and pass an insurance licensure exam which is paid for by Texell. Essentially be supporting two departments - Lending and Texell Financial. Be responsible for various reports, with both daily and monthly deadlines. Be on the phone. A lot. At Texell, we don’t sugar coat things and are very clear about expectations. You will make a wide variety of phone calls. For example, you’ll support Lending by making phone calls that are welcoming new members to Texell but also make phone calls that are trying to remedy insurance snafus. Oh, and Texell Financial we want all our members to gain the benefits of having Texell Financial as their insurance of choice. So naturally, you’ll be a sales advocate for Texell Financial.
