What You Do Execution of Client Service Provide technical services within a specialized function in direct support of Sales & Service teams Supports our production and service teams with projects to allow flawless execution of our service strategy as submitted through the electronic ticketing system Provide support to CSR teams within each division, as needed Assists with completion of client mailings, presentations, spreadsheets, and other insurance administrative projects Researches company information in Epic and online to enter prospective and current client data in Client Resource Management system Prints and distributes communication and collateral for internal and external use Communicate to internal and external clients through phone and e-mail in a professional manner Manages time effectively to prioritize workload Supports technology staff with onsite meetings Other duties as assigned Reception Experience Acts as director of first impressions to our clients, prospective clients, prospective employees, and visitors and creates a warm, friendly, and inviting experience Answers and manages phone calls professionally and provides a phone experience that promotes our DNA Peer Relationships Obtains Producers license and participates in insurance courses, seminars, and webinars for knowledge development Suggests business process improvements to gain efficiency within the role Provides feedback at team meetings as well as contributes to learning topics as assigned Strives to learn and grow by demonstrating initiative on a daily basis Acts as a valued member of the team, including assisting in training and mentorship of newly hired ISCs Assists the Office and Facilities team when applicable Your Education and Experience Required The employee is responsible for adherence to the stated expectations of the E&O Plus Quality Management Program Valuable benefits We value and respect the impact our colleagues make every day both inside and outside our organization.
