Your role at a glance Provide operational and administrative support to the Senior Manager Insurance in maintaining a risk based, globally consistent insurance program that safeguards company assets, operations, and projects; aligned with the Manage Insurance Management System (MIMS). What we are looking for

Requirements

  • Knowledge of insurance coverages such as: property, construction all risk, bonds, and liability.
  • Familiarity with construction insurance processes and workflow tools (e.g., DocuWare, PowerBI, DocuSign, Matrix, Coupa).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Insurance License and Industry certifications (AINS, ARM, CRM, CRIS, CISR) or equivalent coursework.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in insurance administration, brokering, or client services, risk/insurance analyst roles.
  • Strong documentation skills; proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Fluent in English; comfortable working across time zones.
  • Regularly moves equipment and other hardware up to 40 lbs.
  • Remain stationary for long periods of time.
  • Operate computer, peripherals, and other office equipment.
  • Perform work across multiple time zones.
  • Travel required less than 5% of time.
  • Perform work from a remote location with stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update insurance procedures and documentation in line with MIMS and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, HSE, and Security to integrate insurance requirements into workflows.
  • Maintain Insurance Summary with accurate and current data (policy details, limits, endorsements, invoicing, claim reporting obligations).
  • Assist with renewals, endorsements, and exposure data collection for broker/carrier submissions.
  • Act as first line intake for claims; gather facts and documentation; prepare notifications.
  • Liaise with brokers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support construction insurance processes (questionnaires, timelines, approvals, documentation).
  • Monitor insurance mailbox; route requests (FAQs, certificate requests, contract reviews, coverage review) and maintain SLAs.
  • Maintain guidelines and evidence for internal/external audits; organize materials for site surveys.
  • Prepare dashboards and monthly reports on policy status, claims KPIs, and compliance checks.
  • Support integration of Risk Management, Insurance Management, Travel Security, and BCM initiatives.

  • Base salary for this position is $109,300 - $139,800.00.
  • All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
