Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of banking experience or equivalent.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage high‑volume workloads.
  • Customer‑focused, team‑oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Track hazard insurance to ensure adequate protection of bank‑secured collateral.
  • Process force‑placed insurance when required coverage is missing or expired.
  • Review flood‑zone properties for each credit action and ensure proper coverage.
  • Complete flood checklists and coverage calculation sheets.
  • Monitor life‑of‑loan flood notifications.
  • Prepare commercial credit references and verification of mortgages.
  • Assist the Commercial Servicing Manager with departmental projects.
  • Communicate with internal teams including Banking Centers, Internal Support, and Compliance.
  • Correspond professionally with insurance agencies and related vendors.
  • Meets daily service level requirements with consistent quality.
  • Applies knowledge, research, and risk evaluation to make informed decisions.
  • Provides clear, concise, and timely verbal and written communication.
