As a Sales Solution Architect (SSA), you are a critical asset to our sales process. You are the expert who bridges the gap between complex specialty market business challenges (those of insurance carriers, MGAs, and wholesalers) and our service offerings, architecting the "how" that wins the deal. You understand how the operations of specialty firms work, and you leverage that insight to build credibility. Your focus is to architect sales solutions that are winnable, deliverable, and economically beneficial to the client and Patra. You will collaborate with our Growth and Client Experience teams to design these solutions while liaising with Delivery teams (Implementation & Operations) to ensure every solution you design is execution-ready, setting the stage for high client satisfaction, and paving the way for long-term partnership success.
