About The Position
Come join an innovative leader in the healthcare industry! MDVIP, based in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an Insurance Services Coordinator. This role is responsible for coordinating and ensuring that all insurance correspondence, inclusive of insurance companies, members, and patients, on behalf of the MDVIP affiliated physicians are complete, accurate, approved and in accordance with Insurance Services time-lines and policies. The Insurance Services Coordinator provides support, maintains accurate records, ensures timely follow-up, and communicates effectively with insurance companies, members, physicians, physician's staff, and MDVIP field and internal staff. Additionally, this role provides assistance and guidance based on insurance principles, regulations, and department policies and procedures to ensure consistency related to application of processes and best practice outcomes. This is a corporate based role. This role may be eligible for a hybrid in office/work from home schedule based on department needs after 90 days of employment.
