Essential Duties and Responsibilities The following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. Responsible for handling client requests on a daily basis. Issue Certificates of Insurance. Create special certificates and forms as needed. Issue Auto ID Cards. Surplus Lines Tax Paperwork. Preparing quotes, binders and policies for the insured. Send policies to analyst for checking. Bind presentations for ASR/AM for client meetings if needed. Open, distribute, scan and route mail. Show proficiency in utilizing resources and software to generate reports and/or other requested information. Perform other duties, as assigned. High school graduate or equivalent 2. 1-2 years of relevant industry experience preferred but not required. 3. Property & Casualty license not required until after hired. 4. Strong organizational skills. 5. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products
