Insurance Sales Trainer – #1 Farmers District Office Join the Nation's Top Farmers Insurance District as an Insurance Sales Trainer Are you passionate about sales excellence and helping others succeed? Our district office has been ranked #1 in the company, and we are seeking an outstanding Insurance Sales Trainer to continue elevating our success. In this dynamic role, you will help onboard new staff, train existing team members, and support agency producers in maximizing their sales effectiveness across our Farmers Insurance agencies.

Requirements

  • 1+ Years Insurance Sales Experience
  • California Property & Casualty License Required (or Personal Lines license)
  • Proven success in insurance sales, preferably with training or coaching experience
  • Deep understanding of insurance sales processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training priorities
  • Positive, motivating attitude and a passion for developing others

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Farmers Insurance products a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging onboarding sessions for new staff, ensuring a strong foundation in insurance sales techniques and compliance
  • Deliver ongoing training programs for existing staff to refine their sales abilities and product knowledge
  • Mentor and coach agency producers to boost sales performance and achieve individual and district goals
  • Develop and implement customized sales training plans based on agency needs and market trends
  • Facilitate group workshops, role-playing, and individual coaching sessions to reinforce best practices
  • Monitor training effectiveness and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement
  • Stay current on Farmers Insurance products, industry updates, and effective sales methodologies
