The Sales and Service Specialist Senior is responsible for the design, development and marketing of growth initiatives for one or more business lines. Develops and implements sales strategies, marketing campaigns and sales aids, to maximize profitability, meet customer needs and improve the delivery effectiveness of the assigned Huntington Insurance business line. Duties and Responsibilities: Works with business units, including region management, to implement initiatives. Evaluates strategy effectiveness and recommends changes in overall direction. May be responsible for supervising less experienced incumbents. Additional Job Description: Lead and manage a variety of projects for the Huntington Insurance Agency Life Insurance Team, including, but not limited to new initiatives and continuous improvement initiatives Manage content for the team including, but not limited to: master templates for client presentations and other internal presentations, master templates for forms and advisor and client communications Lead and manage projects and annual review process for team policies and procedures Prepare and deliver monthly management reporting Support and/or back up FINRA Supervisory Principal Responsibilities Other duties as assigned #LI-KB1 #INS
