Insurance Sales, Service, and Risk Management Internship

Sihle Insurance’s internship program will provide the opportunity to build industry experience across a variety of departments. Participants should expect to receive mentorship and education from expert professionals in the industry including department managers, account managers, carrier representatives, and sales producers. Participants will be immersed in the daily processes across various departments such as Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Condominiums/HOA’s, PEO, Claims, Benefits, Sales, and Bonds. You will have the opportunity to meet with and learn from sales producers while also attending outings and meetings. Training and education will include insurance laws, familiarity with insurance carriers, lines of insurance, sales, and so much more. Sihle’s internship program will provide a comprehensive experience while participants continue to build their knowledge. Spots are limited to prioritize individual attention and learning.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Eagerness and willingness to learn. Reliable and punctual.
- Proficiency with technology and computer programs.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program; Risk Management, Insurance, and Sales students are encouraged to apply.
