Requirements

  • Are comfortable with commission-only income
  • Meet the capital reserve requirements for the ramp-up period
  • Have prior sales, leadership, or entrepreneurial experience
  • Are disciplined, resilient, and self-motivated
  • Are coachable and willing to be held accountable
  • Insurance experience is not required, but commitment and work ethic are essential
