About The Position
Here at Farmers Insurance-Montez Agency, we are seeking an Insurance Agency Sales Producer to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by building relationships and selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients that meet their individual and business needs. Because sales is the lifeline of every company, we make it a priority to monetize and incentivize performance on a personal level. The Montez Agency has been recognized multiple times with award-winning accomplishments and is looking for the next team member to share those accomplishments with and help build staff members' careers! We are a family-owned business and like to treat all of our staff members and customers as if they are family. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be expected to meet new business production goals and objectives as established. You will solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources. Your role will involve developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales. Additionally, you will develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Being outstanding at relationship building is crucial for success in this position. This is not a remote position, and candidates must complete an assessment and video interview to be considered.
