Requirements

• Possession of Florida Licenses 20, 44, or 2,20 is preferred but not required
• No prior insurance experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided
• Proven experience in sales administration, retail sales, or customer-facing roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Character coachability and self-motivation are essential for success

Responsibilities

• Sell personal insurance products, including auto, home, flood, and boat insurance, using consultative sales techniques
• Identify and engage potential customers through established lead generation methods
• Advise clients on tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs
• Attend industry networking events to build relationships and support business development
• Consistently surpass sales targets for new business quotes and policy issuances
