About The Position

The Insurance Sales Producer - Commercial Lines at World Insurance Associates is responsible for identifying, prospecting, cultivating, and closing new commercial clients. This role focuses on selling commercial lines risk solutions while also providing clients with personal lines insurance, employee benefits, retirement solutions, and payroll services. Requirements

• Proven experience with a range of insurance solutions to bring value to clients.
• Willingness to become each client's trusted risk management advisor and utilize the entire World platform.
• Maintain all relevant insurance licenses from the first day of employment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience selling commercial insurance for a top broker.
• Familiarity with insurance agency management software platforms like AMS360 and Epic.
• Experience with a sales CRM, specifically HubSpot.
• Ability to build and present client pitch decks or presentations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business with a focus on commercial accounts.
• Engage in all sales and marketing tactics to move prospects through the sales funnel to closing.
• Track all sales activities in HubSpot and leverage it to its fullest potential.
• Utilize World’s broad platform to bring risk management solutions to individuals and business owners.
