About The Position

We are hiring motivated individuals for a remote insurance sales role working with families across the United States. This is a 1099, commission-based position and not a traditional hourly or salaried job. The role is best suited for individuals who are self-directed, coachable, and comfortable with performance-based compensation. All work is completed from home using phone and Zoom. What You’ll Be Doing Meeting virtually with families who have requested information Assessing protection needs and explaining coverage options Helping clients select life insurance solutions that fit their goals and budget Completing applications and follow-up Participating in training, coaching, and team calls No cold calling. Leads are available. Training & Support We provide: Step-by-step onboarding and licensing guidance Ongoing training and coaching Proven scripts and sales systems Team support and mentorship You will always know what to do next — but consistency and follow-through are required .
