We are looking for motivated individuals who are keen to build a career in the insurance sector. No prior licensing is necessary as we will provide assistance throughout the process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills
• No previous insurance experience necessary — training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to determine their insurance needs
• Present and recommend various insurance products (Life, Health, Retirement, etc.)
• Offer ongoing support to clients and cultivate positive relationships
• Manage leads and follow up with potential clients (training provided)
• Stay updated on industry standards and compliance regulations
