Requirements

Responsibilities

• Respond to high-volume inbound leads from small business owners actively seeking coverage
• Educate customers on insurance options and guide them through clear, compliant solutions
• Deliver accurate quotes and close sales with a consultative approach
• Consistently meet or exceed performance goals while providing exceptional service
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and policy issuance
