The primary purpose of this position is to complete life insurance medical and financial interviews via telephone through outbound calls for multiple client companies. The role involves placing outbound calls to contact life insurance applicants, completing interviews with applicants, or leaving messages for return calls. The interviewer will gather medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories during the interview and review and edit information collected for quality assurance purposes. The position requires the use of the C4 Call Management System, Dialer, and Avaya Phone System to make calls, log attempts, document information, and record call results. The interviewer must learn the specific requirements stipulated by each client company and respond to the needs and requests of clients, staff, and management in a professional manner. Compliance with safety policies and procedures is essential, and other duties may be assigned as needed.
