The role involves placing outbound calls to contact life insurance applicants, completing interviews, gathering medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories, and ensuring quality assurance of the information collected. The position requires the use of the C4 Call Management System, Dialer, and Avaya Phone System to log call attempts and document information. The successful candidate will respond to client needs and comply with safety and compliance policies.
