About The Position

The Insurance Risk Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting ICU Medical's global insurance program. This position involves assisting the Corporate Risk Manager in managing various insurance programs, ensuring compliance with insurance requirements, and fostering relationships with brokers. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to drive risk management initiatives forward.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Risk Management, Finance or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Basic knowledge and experience in Finance/Accounting, Risk Management, or Insurance.
• 1-2 years of experience working in Accounting/Finance for a large global company preferred.
• Strong computer skills and expertise in Microsoft Excel.

• Deep experience with the advanced features of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Corporate Risk Manager in managing and administering multiple insurance programs, including global liability, product liability, and workers' compensation.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and validate data for insurance applications.
• Develop and maintain accurate insurance data, including Statements of Value (SOV) and asset schedules.
• Support the preparation and submission of insurance applications and renewals.
• Maintain strong working relationships with broker representatives for effective communication during the insurance renewal process.
• Manage and maintain all insurance exposure data and electronic risk management files.
• Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with insurance provisions.
• Assist internal departments with insurance certificate requests and claims processing.
• Oversee billing and invoicing related to insurance programs, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal clients and prioritize multiple requests.
