Responsibilities
- manage and participate in residential insurance claim repairs and mitigation activities
- communicate and interact regularly with homeowners/customers
- use current technology (smartphones, tablets and laptops) to help manage and document job activities
- exhibit courtesy and technical knowledge to customers
- be able to be 'on-call' for pre-designated times to help with customer emergencies
