Reese Roofing & Construction is seeking Insurance Referral Partners who want to earn additional income by connecting homeowners with a trusted restoration contractor. If you work in insurance, real estate, property management, or construction and regularly come across homeowners with roof damage, storm damage, or aging roofs, this is an opportunity to monetize those connections. You simply refer the homeowner to our team — we handle the inspection, insurance process, and project management. How the Program Works You refer a homeowner who may need a roof replacement or restoration work Our team performs a free inspection and insurance evaluation If the project moves forward, you receive a referral commission No sales process required. Ideal Referral Partners This opportunity is ideal for: • Insurance adjusters • Insurance agents • Real estate agents • Property managers • Contractors in related trades • Solar sales professionals • Home inspectors • Construction professionals Anyone who regularly encounters homeowners who may need roofing or storm restoration services. • Must have an active professional network or access to homeowners in the Tampa Bay area • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to introduce homeowners to Reese Roofing when potential roofing or storm damage needs arise • Honest and professional representation of our company when making referrals • Reliable communication (phone, text, or email) with our team when submitting referrals • Must reside in or work within the Tampa Bay area Preferred (Not Required) • Experience in insurance, real estate, property management, or construction • Experience working with homeowners or property owners • Familiarity with storm damage, roofing claims, or insurance restoration • Established local network of homeowners or clients This Role Is Ideal For • Insurance adjusters • Insurance agents • Realtors • Property managers • Solar sales professionals • Home inspectors • Contractors in related trades Compensation • Referral fee paid on closed projects • Typical roofing projects range from $12,000 – $30,000+ • Referral commissions typically range from $500 – $2,500+ per project There is no cap on referrals or earnings.
