At USAA, our mission is to empower our members to achieve financial security through highly competitive products, exceptional service and trusted advice. We seek to be the #1 choice for the military community and their families. Embrace a fulfilling career at USAA, where our core values – honesty, integrity, loyalty and service – define how we treat each other and our members. Be part of what truly makes us special and impactful. The Insurance Customer Service role is designed for learning and growth, with USAA investing in its employees through a comprehensive, fully paid six-month training program. This program includes all training materials, class discussions, hands-on training, e-learning modules, and instructor-led guidance to help employees independently support membership. All licensing costs are covered. The in-office development program provides necessary training and encourages a proactive, independent support style. After six months in-office, employees will have the opportunity to work offsite 2 days a week, with specific onsite days settled between the employee and their manager. Various schedules are available, ranging from 8:00 am CST to 10:00 pm CST with two days off, and a 15% shift differential for weekday hours after 6:00 pm local time and any hours worked on Saturday or Sunday. Military veterans and spouses are highly encouraged to apply, though relocation assistance is not provided. As part of the licensing training, a property and casualty license for the state of residency is required by the third week of employment, with USAA providing study materials and covering up to 3 exam attempts. Resources for additional state licenses are provided during the first 90 days. USAA is seeking dedicated professionals for future insurance sales and customer service opportunities in July, August, and September 2026 at their San Antonio office. As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will work within defined guidelines to provide customer service, sales, and retention activities for multiple USAA Property & Casualty personal line products, assisting members with new and existing policies across multiple contact channels to ensure adequate coverage and financial security.
