About The Position
The Community Business Advisor is responsible for growing new personal and commercial insurance business and strengthening relationships with existing clients through consultative, solution-based sales.
Requirements
- Insurance sales or advisory experience preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Active insurance license or ability to obtain
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new personal and commercial insurance opportunities
- Conduct client meetings to assess risks and coverage needs
- Review current policies and gather underwriting information
- Develop and present insurance proposals and renewal strategies
- Collaborate with internal service teams on submissions and ongoing support
- Maintain client relationships while transitioning service needs appropriately
- Track production activity and stay current on industry trends
