About The Position

Our client is a well-established Texas insurance agency seeking an experienced Property & Casualty Producer with a generalist background across construction, habitat, and transportation risks. This role is focused on building new business, expanding client relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions for complex commercial accounts. Employee Benefits experience is a plus , but not required. This is a role for a producer who understands risk, knows how to sell, and can manage relationships long-term.

Requirements

Active Texas Property & Casualty license (required)
Proven experience selling commercial P&C insurance
Background working with construction, habitat, and/or transportation accounts
Ability to build, grow, and manage a book of business
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

Responsibilities

Develop and grow new commercial P&C business within the construction, habitat, and transportation sectors
Build and manage strong client relationships and a sustainable book of business
Analyze risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Identify cross-sell opportunities, including Employee Benefits where applicable
Stay current on carrier appetites, underwriting guidelines, and market trends
Represent the agency professionally throughout the Texas market
