About The Position

The Community Business Advisor is responsible for growing new personal and commercial insurance business and strengthening relationships with existing clients through consultative, solution-based sales.

Requirements

  • Insurance sales or advisory experience preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Active insurance license or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new personal and commercial insurance opportunities
  • Conduct client meetings to assess risks and coverage needs
  • Review current policies and gather underwriting information
  • Develop and present insurance proposals and renewal strategies
  • Collaborate with internal service teams on submissions and ongoing support
  • Maintain client relationships while transitioning service needs appropriately
  • Track production activity and stay current on industry trends
