Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Engage with members through daily outreach using our established database.
  • Assess financial needs and recommend appropriate benefits solutions.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally to explain coverage options.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with members throughout the application process.
  • Support active policyholders with reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical sales standards.
