About The Position

As a Bilingual Trucking Insurance Producer, you will play a dual role that combines outbound market development with direct insurance production responsibilities. This position supports and grows the agency’s trucking and transportation insurance practice through proactive outreach, relationship building, and consultative insurance guidance. You will engage Spanish-speaking trucking and transportation businesses through outbound calling and follow-up activity, introduce the agency’s services, and assess insurance needs. As relationships develop, you will participate in the production process, including gathering underwriting information, supporting submissions, and assisting with policy placement under the guidance of senior producers or agency leadership. Client relationships are approached with a long-term mindset. Coverage strategies are developed based on how transportation businesses actually operate, ensuring solutions adapt to the client rather than forcing standardized programs. You will work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, coordinating closely with licensed producers and account staff to ensure responsiveness, accuracy, and a consistent client experience from first contact through policy servicing.
