About The Position
The Insurance Prior Authorization Representative is responsible for obtaining initial and renewal authorizations, performing insurance verification, and ensuring compliance with insurance coverage for patients. This role serves as a communication liaison between team members, third-party payers, patients, and billing departments, facilitating financial arrangements and ensuring optimal reimbursement for services provided. Remote work is available after training, with quarterly onsite visits required.
