Insurance Operations – Service & Underwriting
Meeting Follow-up and Workflow Management
Client Onboarding
Client Relations
Chair 2 – Case Notes and Coordinate Client Follow-up
Save records to Docket
Update Meeting Agendas
Client Concierge & Outreach – proactively reach out to clients re: website (access, utilization, account aggregation, etc.), mobile app, planning opportunities, gathering info, etc.
