This internship provides hands-on exposure to insurance operations and client service workflows. Insurance Operations Interns support day-to-day activities that help ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strong internal collaboration while developing foundational skills for a career in the insurance industry. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in learning how insurance operations support clients, account teams, and business growth.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a relevant degree program.
  • Working knowledge of basic office procedures, Internet, and Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work effectively and relate well with others including superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • High level of organizational ability with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones
  • Work closely with employee owners to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of business process models and workflows
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
  • Help create reports, presentations, and other materials for project stakeholders
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting meetings, documenting key discussions and action items
  • Conduct basic data analysis to support project and business analysis activities.
  • Present findings in a clear and concise manner
  • May be called upon to handle other duties as
