The Operations Technical Support Associate plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day functions of the Lamb Service Team. This position is responsible for executing a variety of operational tasks, including policy processing, endorsements, certificates, audits, new business, and billing. Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, the associate works closely with internal team members to ensure the efficient and accurate delivery of high-quality customer service.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Self-directed with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Applied EPIC and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter new business policy documentation into the Applied EPIC system.
  • Review carrier transactions and retrieve required documentation.
  • Ensure proper attachment and organization of policy documents within client files.
  • Enter coverage details into ACORD forms with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Process policy endorsements and audits in a timely and precise manner.
  • Manage cancellations and reinstatements in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Respond to and fulfill agency billing requests.
  • Generate and issue certificates of insurance, Evidence of Property (EOPs), and auto ID cards.
  • Assist with renewal policy processing to maintain continuity and service excellence.
