About The Position

At Brown & Brown, we're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Marketing Associate to join our Garden City, NY team! In this role, you'll support the service team and other department members to drive the delivery of exceptional customer service. Your primary purpose? To help achieve client satisfaction by providing organized, responsive marketing support that aligns with company guidelines, timelines, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Preferable: degree in Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
• Familiar with standard office equipment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset and a team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

• Administer marketing tasks in line with company and state regulations
• Assist with new business and renewals: order loss runs, prepare proposals, gather quotes, and assemble marketing materials and binders
• Record marketing activity and compliance documents in our agency management system
• Communicate status updates clearly and consistently with service and sales teams
• Build positive relationships with team members, carriers, and vendors
• Follow all agency guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Participate in learning opportunities and maintain required licensing and continuing education
