This is a 4 month temporary assignment with the Insurance Management Benefits team working onsite 5 days a week (Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM CST) at 2000 Millbrook Dr. Lincolnshire, IL.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Korean
  • Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and Power Point
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage large volumes of data and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide general support for Foreign Service Employee (FSE), health insurance, and other administrative tasks.
  • Process health insurance invoices across multiple companies and subsidiaries. Calculate premiums and process payments.
  • Review and reconcile enrollment data against the roster. Coordinate with vendors, HR, and Accounting to review and adjust invoices.
  • Manage the FSE Portal, including enrollment, terminations, and collection of personal documents and information.
  • Assist new FSEs with onboarding and settlement processes through 1:1 guidance, and issue certificates of employment.
  • Support the manager in processing monthly payroll for Mexico and Canada FSEs.
  • Review and generate monthly payroll reports for FSEs (net pay, taxes, deductions) and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Process FSE-related expenses, including relocation, taxes, and other associated costs.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and document archiving, as assigned by the manager.
