About The Position
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Insurance Liaison to join our team. As a full-service staffing firm, we collaborate with various companies in East Texas to provide staffing solutions for full-time, part-time, and temporary positions. Our services are free of charge to candidates, as we cannot guarantee placement. The Insurance Liaison will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their insurance needs, focusing on creating insurance illustrations, completing insurance applications, and maintaining accurate client information. Additionally, the role involves conducting annual insurance reviews to ensure clients are adequately covered and informed about their options. In this position, you will facilitate the application and underwriting process for various insurance products, including life insurance, long-term care, and long-term disability. You will be responsible for running illustrations, gathering necessary personal information, and submitting applications on behalf of clients. The role also requires reviewing and preparing legal documents for execution and processing, as well as resolving any issues that may arise with clients, such as premium payments, changes to personal information, or beneficiary updates. You will supervise inbound call traffic and manage all correspondence related to financial planning clients, ensuring that all alerts on New York Life platforms are attended to promptly.
