About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Surveillance & SIU Investigator for the CT area. You will be provided all the tools and support necessary to ensure your success and achieve assigned case objectives for our clients.

Requirements

Self-starter who takes on challenging responsibilities and holds self-accountable for results and performance
Strong attention to detail with commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines
Insurance claims investigation/surveillance experience (2+ years preferred)
Ability and willingness to travel as necessary within the service area
Flexibility to work varied/irregular hours and days
Strong computer and internet skills
Possess a valid driver's license
Possess a reliable vehicle

Nice To Haves

Associate's/bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or related field preferred
State of IL investigators license a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

Conducting covert video surveillance (fixed/mobile)
Obtaining video documentation of claimant activities
Provide SIU Investigative support for complex claims
Assembling comprehensive detailed investigative reports
Testifying at hearings and/or court proceedings as needed
Other tasks requested by management
